1.3. charging voltage: rules the charger's maximum output voltage. The bump of the charging voltage depends on the battery's charge-constrained voltage; when charging a Li-Ion battery with a nominal voltage of 3.6V, the highest voltage output required by the charger is usually 4.2V (In practice, the lithium-ion batteries for mobile phones are equipped with maintenance. Device, so the output voltage of the charger can also be slightly higher than 4.2V, but in order to ensure safety, the voltage must not exceed 4.5V).

2. electromagnetic compatibility. For charger products, its electromagnetic compatibility requirements are primarily reflected in electromagnetic disturbances. Electromagnetic disturbance is divided into conduction disturbance and radiation disturbance. Because of the many advantages of switching power supplies, chargers are used throughout the switching power supply circuit. However, the high-frequency registration and closure of switching devices in switching power supplies generate high-frequency harmonic signals. These high-frequency signals are transmitted through the power grid through the power grid or through space radiation, which will bring electromagnetic pollution to the environment, disturbing the normal operation of the surrounding electronic equipment, and may severely adversely affect the safe operation of the power grid and human health. Therefore, in order to reduce the electromagnetic pollution of the environment, the power source terminal (or interface terminal) disturbing voltage and radiation disturbing field strength should be less than a certain limit when the electronic product is required to be operated. Regarding the battery charger for mobile phones, the disturbing voltage and the disturbing field strength should meet the requirements of Class B limits in the national mandatory standard GB9254-1998. needs. In a nutshell, the circuit layout, mechanical layout, and electrical function of demanding goods should meet certain security requirements regardless of whether the goods are in normal operating conditions or are abnormal (such as output overload or short circuit, internal component failure or circuit faults, etc.) The state of operations should not harm people and the safety of the industry. In order to achieve this intent, the security requirements of the charger's goods (such as protection against electric shock, insulation function, temperature, etc.) should meet the requirements of the national mandatory standard GB4943-2001.
