Wire inspection standards for USB cable must be strictly followed the following steps:

First, the appearance of the test: the spool filled with copper wire should be placed on the packaging platform, with a hand to hold a white paper placed 1-2cm away from the copper wire, the other hand will be the spool of copper wire Scroll a week to visually determine if the appearance meets the following criteria:

1) Smooth surface, no black line, no messy line, no pockmark, no oxidation, no scratch, no scratch, no tinning (tin soldering, tin leakage), no slash, no joints, No fingerprints.

2) The cable is good, even, no hemming, undershoot (edge high or low on both sides), no stocks.

3) Moderate tension is not too loose or too tight.

4) No sticky ash on the surface of the copper wire after rolling (overfilled)

Second, wire diameter inspection: wire diameter in accordance with national standards, customers have special requirements when they strictly control their requirements. The specific inspection steps are as follows:

1) First test whether the micrometer is zeroed.

2) Put the copper wire to be tested out of the micrometer clip line, and use appropriate force the force must not be too heavy or too light) to twist the tip of the micrometer.

3) When you hear three sounds of a micrometer you can observe its readings.

4), should be repeated so that two or three readings can be consistent (the same copper wire) can not detect the same position each time, should be tested in sections.

5) Copper wires with diameters above 0.2 cm are used to inspect different interfaces of copper wires so as to avoid flat wires.

Third, the elongation test: elongation in accordance with national standards, the customer has special requirements, in accordance with its strict control, the specific steps are as follows:

1) Open the switch of the elongation tester.

2) Observe whether the left clamp is in the original position and whether the reading displayed by the instrument is zero. If the left sensor clamp is not in the original position and the reading displayed by the instrument is not zero, press the restore key and zero key immediately.

3) Gently open the clamp, put one end of the copper wire to be tested into the inductive clamp, press down the inductive clamp, then gently straighten the copper wire and put the other end into another inductive clamp, and press down the inductive clamp Hold the copper wire firmly and press the test button.

4) After the induction clamp pulls the copper wire off and stops moving, observe the displayed reading as the elongation of the copper wire tested.
